Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Fiteek mobile application and website.

1. Subscription Terms

Fiteek offers premium subscriptions that unlock advanced features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective app store's policies.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The Fiteek app provides fitness guidance, tracking, and AI coaching. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before starting any fitness program.

3. AI Coaching Limitations

The AI coach features are powered by generative AI. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful recommendations, the AI may occasionally produce inaccurate suggestions. The user assumes full responsibility for evaluating and safely following any advice provided by the AI coach.

4. User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and not to use the app for any prohibited or unlawful activities.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all the workout data, logs, and information you input into Fiteek. By using the service, you grant Fiteek a license to process and display this data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Account Termination

Fiteek reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings, which will initiate the permanent deletion of your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiteek and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, personal injury, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.
